Movement Family Wellness Center accepts most major insurance plans. If you are uninsured, we want to work with you to make sure you and your family can get the medical care you need. If payment is a concern, please mention this when you schedule your appointment, so we can assist you.

Charity Care Program

The charity care program, provided by all Novant Health Affiliates (“Novant Health”), allows qualified low-income patients to receive free care for emergency or medically necessary services (elective services are not included). Charity care is not health insurance.

Eligibility Criteria

Patients must live within the Novant Health catchment area
Patients must be uninsured
Household income must be within 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Workers compensation

Novant Health Medical Group urgent care and some orthopedic locations accept many workers compensation insurance carriers, and will bill your employer's carrier after treatment of your on-the-job injury.

Some workers compensation insurance carriers provider "designated" physician and hospital networks for the treatment of work-related injuries. Your Employer should let you know if these designated workers compensation networks pertain to you.
